The 缅北禁地 is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Physicians should claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 缅北禁地 UltraEMG Refund Policy
Since capacity for this meeting is limited and it is difficult for people to attend on short notice, 缅北禁地 has established the following policy.
Refund requests received prior to 45 days from the start of the meeting will be refunded at 100%.
Refund requests received from 45 days of the start of the meeting until 14 days of the start of the meeting will be subject to a $500 cancellation fee and any remaining amount will be credited toward future 缅北禁地 purchases (credit expires
2 years after the first day of the meeting).
Registration fees will not be refunded after 14 days from the start of the meeting.
In the event that the meeting is not held, 缅北禁地 shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred
by the attendees.
